Just you, me and QuickBooks. We'll work at your pace and customize every session so you learn exactly what you need. You’ll get clear explanations that build your confidence, teaching you the "why" of best practices alongside the "how-to."
Plus, we cover your burning questions on everything from home office deductions and business vehicles to payroll, sales tax, and retirement options.
The training is designed for the determined, do-it-yourself business owner who wants the confidence of doing things right.

Optimize QuickBooks Setup
Starting with account categories (Chart of Accounts) we rename and use words that are meaningful to you. Once we have the basic structure in place, we learn to efficiently categorize transactions. We’ll spend most of our first two sessions teaching you and customizing the software to your business.
Not only will you get caught up, but you’ll gain practical skills to manage your bookkeeping in the future.
Next, we’ll review Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements. Since you named the categories and entered the transactions, the financial statements will make sense.
This is a big step toward understanding when your money goes and how to keep more of it.
Practical Bookkeeping Skills
With smart automation, a touch of AI, and your human judgment guiding it all, bookkeeping becomes easier than ever.
You’ll learn how to create invoices, get paid faster, and clearly track who owes you.
See how expenses add up, identify “money drips,” and take steps to keep more cash in your business.
We’ll cover how to pay employees and yourself with automated payroll tax payments and filings.

Real-time financial information
After we automate and standardize QuickBooks, you’ll find that it is easy to keep up with your bookkeeping in just minutes a day. Use the phone app to send invoices to clients or record transactions while you waiting for your kid at soccer practice.
You’ll have real-time information at your fingertips. You’ll know how things are going and can be nimble to make changes.
Need a loan? You have the information you need to apply for a proper bank loan, and not get into debt with credit cards or high-interest quick loans.
Tax time? No big deal. It is already done and we know in advance if you’ll owe or not. You can easily invite your tax preparer to QuickBooks Online to collaborate.
